Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By checking the box or opting in on our website(s) to sign up for one or more promotions, contests, sweepstakes, newsletters, appointments, appointment reminders, etc., you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from TLC Schools, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
TLC Schools may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver text messages to you. These text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming deliveries and services (e.g., Events, coupons, promotions, sweepstakes, contests, appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, etc.).
Frequency of Text Messages:
The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of TLC School’s programs which you sign up for. You will receive a maximum of five messages per week per TLC School’s text messaging program.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with TLC School’s text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. TLC Schools does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, and Alltel, among others.
How to Opt-Out:
To stop receiving text messages from TLC Schools, text STOP to the phone number that you receive text messages from or call TLC Schools.
Your Mobile Telephone Number:
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying TLC Schools immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify TLC Schools of a number change by submitting a “contact us” form on the website or calling TLC Schools at the phone number provide on the website. You agree to indemnify TLC Schools in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify TLC Schools if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
TLC Schools may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to TLC School’s website. Your continued consent to receive TLC School’s text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
