All NYC public schools are closed until at least April 29th.

If you need childcare, the Department of Education has 70 “Regional Enrichment Centers” and childcare sites open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. for children of healthcare, emergency services, and transit workers, as well as grocery store, pharmacy, & food workers, REC & feeding staff, and other front-line workers, regardless of whether they go to public or private school. These centers have small classes, serve 3 meals a day, have strict safety policies around social distancing and are regularly deep cleaned. Parents should fill out an online survey to find out if they qualify. m
